Q: DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

A: All services are private pay. I do not bill insurance directly, but I provide a monthly superbill — a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Many PPO plans reimburse between 60–90% depending on your benefits. Contact your insurance provider directly to confirm your out-of-network coverage before our first session. Payment is accepted via Ivy Pay, a HIPAA-compliant platform that accepts all major credit cards.

Q: WHAT IS THE COST PER SESSION?

A: Individual therapy sessions are $275 for a standard 50-minute session. Sessions extending beyond 60 minutes are billed at a prorated rate based on the per-minute cost of a standard session.

Q: DO YOU OFFER A SLIDING SCALE?

A:  I maintain a small number of reduced-fee spots within my caseload for individuals who demonstrate financial need. There are no sliding scale openings at this time. You are welcome to inquire directly and I will do my best to connect you with appropriate resources if I cannot accommodate your situation.

Q: ARE THERE AREAS YOU DO NOT TREAT?

A: Yes. Good clinical care means knowing the limits of one's scope. I do not currently treat active psychosis, active substance dependence requiring a higher level of care, or individuals in immediate crisis requiring emergency services. If we determine during our consultation that a different level of support would better serve you, I will provide referrals to trusted colleagues. My goal is always that you receive the right support — whether that is with me or someone else.

Q: WHAT IS YOUR APPROACH TO MEDICATION?

A: Medication is a personal decision and one I approach without judgment. My training is integrative and body-based, so I view medication as a supportive tool rather than a primary solution. If your symptoms are significantly impacting your daily functioning and creating barriers to progress in our work together, I may recommend a psychiatric consultation. I have trusted psychiatrist referrals available if needed.

Q: HOW LONG DOES THERAPY TAKE?

A: This depends entirely on your history, goals, and the depth of work you are seeking. Some clients come with a specific focus and reach their goals within a few months. Others engage in longer-term work to address more complex patterns. We assess progress together on an ongoing basis and adjust frequency and direction as needed. There is no fixed timeline — the work moves at your pace.

Q: DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL (VIDEO) SESSIONS?

A: Yes. All sessions are conducted via a HIPAA-compliant platform accessible from any smartphone, tablet, or computer. I work with California residents only.

Q: DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON SESSIONS?

A: Not at this time. All services are currently offered virtually.

Q: WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THERAPY AND CONSULTING?

A: Therapy is a licensed clinical service focused on the assessment and treatment of mental health conditions, trauma, and emotional patterns. It is regulated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences and follows clinical and ethical guidelines accordingly. Consulting is a private, non-clinical service focused on performance, leadership, nervous system education, and sustainable success strategies. It draws on the same frameworks — nervous system regulation, emotional intelligence, attachment theory, performance psychology — but is not therapy and does not constitute a clinical relationship. If you are unsure which path is right for you, reach out. I am happy to help you figure out the best fit.

Q:WHO IS CONSULTING FOR?

A:Private consulting is designed for executives, athletes, entrepreneurs, and high-performing professionals who are functioning at a high level externally and are ready to build a more sustainable, internally grounded relationship with their performance, leadership, and decision-making. It is not crisis support or clinical treatment.

Q:HOW DOES THE CONSULTING APPLICATION PROCESS WORK?

A:Both consulting programs — the Alchemy Intensive and the Longevity Container — are by application only. After submitting your application, I will review it and reach out to schedule a brief conversation to discuss fit, goals, and next steps. If it is not the right match, I will let you know directly and connect you with something more appropriate.

Q: CAN I DO BOTH THERAPY AND CONSULTING WITH YOU?

A: No, and the reason is rooted in how differently these two offerings are designed to work.

Therapy is clinically focused. It targets the reduction of symptoms and areas of psychological impairment including trauma responses, anxiety, depression, dissociation, and the deeper patterns that interfere with daily functioning. The work is diagnostic, treatment-oriented, and regulated by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.

Consulting is not clinical treatment. It does not address areas of clinical concern or diagnose. Instead it focuses on the behavioral and strategic side of change, building step-by-step protocols, implementing new patterns, and developing the practical skills that support sustainable performance and decision-making. It is designed for individuals who are ready for practical implementation. (Pairs well with therapy if working with another practitioner)

These two offerings serve different needs and operate within different frameworks. Combining them with the same practitioner would blur that distinction in ways that would not serve you well clinically or practically.

There is one meaningful exception. If you have completed a course of therapy, your clinical goals have been met, and the therapeutic relationship has been formally closed (with Eike) , transitioning into a consulting engagement at a later point is something that can be considered on a case by case basis.

If you are unsure which offering is the right fit for where you are right now, reach out. That is exactly what the complimentary consultation is for.

Q: HOW DO I GET STARTED?

A: The first step is a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss what brings you in, answer any questions, and get an honest sense of whether working together is the right fit.
